Mr. Vishnu Singhal is a Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi and Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 16 years of rich professional experience. He is the founder of Vishnu Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants, an emerging firm based at New Delhi. His areas of expertise are Finance, Merger & Acquisitions, Business Valuation, Equity Fund Raising, Business Advisory and Strategic Consultancy. He has vast experience in handling corporate and allied matters. He has rich experience in the field of Accounting, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Management & Financial Consultancy, Direct Taxation and Goods & Service tax, Company Law matters.
